The HSR technology is a new efficient way to reduce heat in package-level IC, that helps cooling the IC according to the primary goal of 10 degrees Celsius, and achieve many benefits such as improving performance, enabling more IC scaling and new IC.

The HSR technology include a new structure technology solution that will fulfill the need of the IC industry to reduce the internal heat problem in the IC, replace an old method of IC cooling, improve it, increase IC performance and enable a development of a new line of edge technology IC. The IP is simple and not expensive to implement by the IC manufacturers.
